NYC and The Family

The NYC trip last weekend was amazing. There is nothing else like that city. It makes you feel so small with the amount of people and the height of the buildings. The first night that we were there we went to the Rocket's show which was really cool. When they dance, they are like robots and none of them miss a beat. Then we had a few hours to walk around so we checked out the tree at Rockafella Center and then we just walked around the city. When we drove into the city the second day, we went to Ground Zero which is really shocking. The whole where the Twin Towers are huge. It is so belittling to think that something that large can come down. The buildings that we around the area are still covered with debris and have ash spots on the front of them. It was hard not to cry. After we left there, we went to Time Square which is the coolest place that I have ever been. There are ads all over the place and I took really good pics which I am going to try to post later today or sometime this week. We had our family X-mas party at my aunt's house yesterday. It was pretty fun but it was kinda crazy. We don't have a huge family but he house isn't that big. I got some pretty cool gifts...a Hollister Gift Card, a Blockbuster card, a Michael's card, a shirt from American Eagle, a shirt from Aeropostale, and some other stuff. My cousin and I are gonna drive down to Soloman Pond Mall later this week so we can spend our Hollister Cards. I will try to post more often but mid-terms are comming up fast and our teachers and trying to get in that last minute stuff so that they can make them harder. : )
